Purchases & Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED for ticket purchases. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.
During a purchase, please verify that any payment information you supply is accurate and complete,
All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice and the event entry ticket(s) will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
Once the payment is made and confirmed, event ticket(s) will be delivered to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Purchased ticket(s) will be downloadable from the customer account dashboard and tickets will not be shipped physically to customers.
Trade Restrictions for OFAC Sanctioned Countries
We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) targeted countries and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific.
Customer Registration & Usage
