If the event is canceled or postponed, the refund for the electronic ticket will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth by the event organizer.

As a general rule, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable.

When an event is organized by external event companies. Event Partners’ policies prevent us from offering exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been made. No refunds will be given for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. Tickets can only be exchanged or refunded in the event of an event cancellation. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event due to a genuine reason, a full refund will be provided, excluding delivery fees. Refunds for any transaction made through this website will be returned to the original payment method.

If an event is relocated or rescheduled, Event organizers may impose certain refund restrictions. Furthermore, Event Partners have the right to modify or adjust the program due to circumstances beyond their control, without being obligated to refund money or exchange tickets. Customers are responsible for adhering to the latest refund deadlines and other guidelines set by Event Organizers. In such cases, MC Events bears no liability for these transactions. To process refunds for canceled or postponed events, physical tickets must be delivered to MC Events offices/ Outlets.
