Verification of the ticket holder’s identity may be required at the Gate, which may involve presenting a valid photo ID along with the credit card utilized for the purchase.
One Ticket Per Person
There is a limit of one ticket per individual.
Each ticket permits a single entry upon scanning. Unauthorized copying or resale of tickets will result in denial of entry to the event.
Cancellation/Refund
If the event is canceled or postponed, the refund for this electronic ticket will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth by the event organizer.
Event Entry Terms & Conditions
No re-entry:
The ticket provides a single entry to the venue, and re-entry is not permitted.
No refund, no transfer:
All ticket sales are considered final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. They are intended solely for your personal use. Any attempt to resell a ticket at a price exceeding its face value may result in confiscation of the ticket.
Unauthorized resellers:
MC Events reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from un-authorized resellers.
No admission:
Engaging in disorderly conduct, failing to comply with security measures, breaching any established rules, policies, or regulations, or using this ticket without authorization may lead to the refusal of admission or the removal of the ticketholder from the venue. This determination will be made at the sole discretion of the venue management and event organizer, their representatives, affiliates, agents, or law enforcement, and could result in prosecution.
Your Ticket
Upon receipt of your ticket, you acknowledge your agreement to adhere to and be bound by the following terms: applicable Venue health and security measures, as well as any pertinent laws and regulations governing the use of your ticket. Additional terms and conditions may be imposed on your ticket’s usage without prior notice.
By attending the venue, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
Compliance with Additional Terms: Any additional terms and conditions introduced must be adhered to while attending the event.
Ticket Formats: Your ticket may come in various formats such as paper, mobile/bar code, email, wristband, chip technology, or other emerging options. Tickets are non-cancellable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except as specified in the Event Terms and the terms of the Ticket Agent from which they were acquired.
One-Time Entry: Your ticket grants you one-time access to the event venue, without the possibility of re-entry.
Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are strictly for personal use, and any attempt to resell them above face value may result in confiscation. Unauthorized resellers’ tickets may be canceled by MC Events.
Conduct and Security: Disorderly conduct, non-compliance with security measures, rule violations, or unauthorized use of tickets may result in denial of admission, removal, or legal action.
Identity Validation: Identity validation may be required at the gate, involving a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. MC Events is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Fraudulent Tickets: MC Events is not liable for consequences resulting from the purchase or presentation of fraudulent tickets obtained through unauthorized Ticket Agents.
Ticket Damage or Loss: Individuals with damaged or split tickets, or those with lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets may be denied entry. Failure to produce a valid ticket upon request may result in eviction.
Re-entry Policy: No re-entry is allowed once you exit the Ticket Only Area, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Event Changes: MC Events reserves the right to make changes to the event, including performers, program details, prices, venues, seating arrangements, audience capacity, and event timing, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or refunds.
Security Measures: Security measures may include searches and ID checks at any time. Entry may be denied if proper identification cannot be presented or if you pose a potential risk, as determined solely by the security team.
Prohibited Items: Banned items, including alcohol, food, beverages, bottles, containers, flags, chairs, cameras with interchangeable lenses, recording equipment, and more, are not allowed into the venue. Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted. Disruptive behavior, including throwing objects, is strictly prohibited.
Attendance at Your Own Risk: Attendance at the venue is at your own risk, and you waive any claims against MC Events and its affiliates, organizers, venue management, performers, and related parties for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death.
Photography and Recording: You provide irrevocable consent to be photographed, filmed, and sound recorded for commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
Prohibited Equipment: The use of equipment for recording or transmitting audio, visual, or audio-visual material within the venue is strictly prohibited, and such items may be confiscated.

Age Restriction: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times while at the venue.
